Educational Program

1. Reduce by 10% the number of students who are not proficient or not yet graduation-ready, as calculated by results on the NJSLA and NJGPA in both Mathematics and English Language Arts.

2. Develop the program structure for an integrated Health and Physical Education program to be rolled out in the 2025-2026 school year. Elements targeted to receive augmented attention are communication skills, self-management, and social media hygiene, among others.

3. Continue to leverage the integration of AI skills in the service of teaching and learning, optimally in the promotion of the six essential practices identified by the instructional leadership team.

 

Post-Secondary Guidance

1. Continue to curate and hone the resources and personalized delivery of information regarding post-secondary pathways for students and families.

 

School Climate

1. Increase student engagement through the continued evolution of peer leadership activities across the 9th and 10th grades, promoting respect and responsibility, and through coordinated collaboration between school counselors and support staff as they track individual student involvement on a quarterly basis. 

2. Enhance public relations communications through a systematic deployment of select social media outlets.
